Privacy
Short and clear: we only ask for what we need to help you, and we don't track you.
Who
Elevate BV, Tremelobaan 162, 3140 Keerbergen, België, BE1003.412.738. Questions about your data: info@elevate.be.
What we collect
Only what you fill in on a form: name, company, email, phone, VAT number, the details of your event and the gear you ask for. We use it to answer you, make a quote and – if you book – to carry out and invoice the job.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and loads nothing from other companies. We only use the technical cookies the site needs to work: your request list, your language choice and a security cookie that protects the forms. That's why you don't get a cookie banner.
How long
Requests that don't lead to a job are deleted within two years. When you become a client, we keep what the law requires for accounting (seven years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or object to its use. Mail us and we'll handle it. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
Who else sees it
Nobody, except where needed to do the job (for example our accounting software or a delivery partner). We never sell data.
